Thien Tan Group was established in 2000 as a Limited Liability Company and was converted into a Joint Stock Company in 2004. Over 25 years of formation and development, the Group has continuously innovated and grown to become one of the leading enterprises in infrastructure investment and construction in Quang Ngai Province. Thien Tan Group currently operates strongly in the following sectors: construction of transportation, irrigation, civil and industrial works, and hydropower; electricity production and trading; investment and development of infrastructure for small and medium industrial clusters; as well as real estate investment and development. At present, Thien Tan Group has built an ecosystem consisting of 06 member companies: Thien Tan Hydropower One Member Co., Ltd., Thien Tan B.O.T One Member Co., Ltd., Thien Tan Hydropower Joint Stock Company, Thien Tan Quang Ngai B.O.T Co., Ltd., Thien Tan Solar Joint Stock Company, and Thien Tan Land Joint Stock Company.

• Project Thien Tan Villa and Residential Area – Dung Quat, Quang Ngai – Total investment of VND 200 billion.
• Project National Highway 1A Bypass Route – Total investment of VND 650 billion.
• Project B.O.T Expansion of National Highway 1A through Quang Ngai Province – Total investment of VND 2,140 billion.
• Project ĐăkRe Hydropower Plant – Total investment of VND 2,419 billion.
• Project ĐăkRe 2 Hydropower Plant – Total investment of VND 412 billion.
• Project ĐăkRe Upper Hydropower Plant with a total investment of VND 529 billion, currently under development.

Thien Tan Group is strongly investing in green energy and renewable energy for the future. In 2019, Thien Tan Group put into operation the Mo Duc Solar Power Plant, the first solar power project in Vietnam, with a total investment of VND 600 billion. This success created a solid foundation for the Group to continue developing a Solar Power Plant in Ninh Thuan with a capacity of up to 1,000MW and an investment of VND 1,291 billion, affirming the capability of Thien Tan Group in the clean energy sector and strengthening its reputation and influence in the market.

In addition, the Group has strong financial capacity and a synchronized system of machinery and equipment capable of meeting all requirements for construction projects nationwide.

Along with solar energy development, Thien Tan Group invested early in hydropower, with the Ha Nang Hydropower Plant being the first project put into operation. This project marked an important milestone in efficiently exploiting natural energy resources, contributing to stable electricity supply for the national power grid while supporting water regulation and socio-economic development in mountainous areas of Quang Ngai Province.
