Thien Tan Group constructed 104 Grade-4A houses for local ethnic minority communities, providing them with clean water and proper sanitation. This initiative helped eliminate temporary bamboo and thatched dwellings in Tra Bong District, Quang Ngai Province. In addition to the new housing, each household received 100 million VND in compensation and financial support, helping local residents rise above the poverty line.
Thien Tan Group also built 20km of operational roads, enabling ethnic minority communities in Villages 4 and 5 of Tra Thuy Commune to easily access the Commune People's Committee. Previously, the lack of a transport system made traveling extremely difficult for local residents.
