Construction commenced in late 2006 and was completed by June 2007 for handover to the Technip Group. The project's quality and rapid execution astonished and earned great respect from Technip, timely meeting the urgent accommodation needs during the construction of the Dung Quat Oil Refinery.
The Thien Tan Villa area accommodates up to 1,000 residents and was rated by Technip Group as one of their best service facilities globally. Designed to European standards, this project was also planned and designed by Technip Group itself.
Total Planning Area: 20 hectares, including:
• 72 detached villas for senior experts
• 170 rooms for professional staff and workers
• 2 utility service areas providing essential amenities for Technip Group, including tennis courts, basketball courts, swimming pools, and other self-contained facilities.
- The establishment of the Thien Tan Villa area significantly contributed to the construction progress of the Dung Quat Oil Refinery No. 1 in Quang Ngai province. It has been highly commended by the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Party Committee for Thien Tan Group's timely and effective support to the province.
